Linguine with Lemon & Black Pepper
This delicate, linguine really delivers with the lemon and pepper flavors but does not overwhelm. The ideal way to serve this pasta is with a Cacio e Pepe sauce using only Pecorino Romano and black pepper. It is also great with light sauces and fish (don't forget the capers), or just on its own with extra virgin olive oil and parmesan.
